Entstehung in der Umgebungsluft – innen und außen: sowohl durch natürliche Prozesse (z. B. Vulkanausbrüche, Pollenflug, Meeresgischt) sowie menschliche Aktivitäten, wie Industrie, Verkehr, Laserdruck, 3D-Druck und Haushaltsprozesse.
